ROASTING SPECS

Just like our preferred mornings, Cottage Coffee is roasted slower and longer (around 12 minutes per batch) than a Morningsong single-origin coffee to create a balanced, consistent medium roast blend that's easy to brew, made to share, and perfect for slow mornings together.

Morningsong selectively sourced three Latin American coffees for their smooth profiles, lower acidity, and ability to withstand heat, fine-tuning the heat curve for every batch. Only beans that meet strict quality standards with ideal moisture content, clean processing, uniform size, and density make it into each batch.
